SUAL, Pangasinan — The 130th Philippines Work Camp took place from March 15, 2025, bringing together 18 Japanese and 4 local campers for 11 days at the CFF Philippine Children’s Home.
Campers worked on clearing land and mixing cement near the kitchen, laying the groundwork for a hydroponics system. A CFF graduate joined the camp as a participant, adding a meaningful connection to the project.
As part of the study tour, the group interviewed residents in slum communities and visited a dumpsite, gaining firsthand insight into the country’s environmental challenges.
